Your room rate is exclusive of any taxes, which may be applicable from time to time.
Eatable from outside is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
Please refrain from smoking in bed, ironing or heating.
Please advise manager/ front desk if you receive any undesirable phone call.
Creation of disturbance might annoy other guests
Distribution of advertisement material is forbidden.
Storing of Cinema Films, raw or exposed or any other articles of a combustible or hazardous nature in residential rooms or in left luggage room is strictly prohibited.
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by them, their friends or by any other person for whom they are responsible.
Taking fixtures or equipments out of the hotel is forbidden.
Please lock the door before going to the bed and don’t leave the key in the key hole.
Luggage may be stored in the Left Luggage Room at the guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause.
Bills must be settled on presentation. Personal cheques are not accepted.
Check Out time is 12:00 Noon. Please inform the Manger if you wish to retain your room beyond the time. Up to 6:00 PM if the room is available you will be charged 50% of room charge and 100% charge after that.
Guests are requested to return room keys immediately by mail or any other way if guest while checking out fail to return the key.
In the case of defaults in payments of dues by guest, the Management shall be entitled to alien on the luggage and belongings. It also entitles the Management to sell or auction such property at any time after the day of departure without reference to the party and appropriate the net sale proceeds towards amount due from the guest.
The Management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission to any person into the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his/ her room at any moment without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guests shall be bound to vacate when requested to do to. In case of default the Management will be entitled to remove the guest and lock the door.
Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy, sub-tenancy or any right of tenancy or any right of interest in the hotel premises or any part or portion thereof in favor of any guests or resident or visitor and the Company shall always be deemed to be in full an absolute position and control of the hotel premises.
Guests are requested to observe the Government Rules and Regulations in force from time to time in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks, fire arms etc.
Inform Housekeeping to switch on and off the heaters.
The Management reserves the right to add to alter or amend any of the terms, conditions and rules.
Panchakarma patients are allowed rooms as per the instruction of the package allotted to /them and as per the seasonal tariff , any change requested is chargeable.
Panchakarma patients are requested to take care of the room hygiene and cleanliness.
Panchkarma patient bedsheets and towels are changed everythird to fourth day.
Washing clothes is not permitted in the hotel and hanging clothes outside is not allowed.
Our rooms are not smoking, Please use balcony to smoke if you wish to do so .
